Elementary

Our Religious School offers a full curriculum from Preschool through Twelfth Grade. Our goals are to teach a love of Judaism and the Jewish People; understanding of our beliefs and practices; fluency in Hebrew and English prayers; and lifelong commitment to study and Jewish action. Grades K through 3 meet once each week, while older students attend twice weekly. We stress the importance of parental involvement with each child's religious education, and we strive to keep you informed of our programs and goals. The Rabbi, Educator, and teachers are always available for consultation and advice on your child's Religious School experience. For more information call (732) 308-3836. High School

Our Religious High School program, Morehhsha, is one of the most innovative in our Movement. Students from Temple Shalom of Aberdeen join us for a 3-year, elective program leading to Confirmation at the end of 10th grade. Our students study, socialize and travel together, preparing for lives as adult members of the Jewish community. We are proud of our teenagers' accomplishments and commitment, and we encourage every student to participate. Beyond confirmation, we offer a program for eleventh and twelfth graders which includes a wide variety of courses.

Adult

We offer Adult Education for everyone over sixteen, whether you are a "beginner's beginner" or have a strong religious background. Both Rabbi Weber and Cantor Shuchat-Marx teach adult education courses each year. Usually one course is at a beginning level and one is for more advanced students. A class in beginning Hebrew is also offered each year, and an intermediate Hebrew course is scheduled for the when there is sufficient interest. Courses meet two evenings a month, and are open to non-members for a small charge. We are proud of our Adult Education Program, which is one of the most active in the country. Many of our members have been recognized by the Reform Movement's KEVA Program for completing over 100 hours of Adult Education study, and we are among the first in the nation to have students reach the CHAVER KEVA level, with over 365 hours of study each.
